What You’ll Do
- Conduct physical inspections of public transport routes to ensure compliance with regulations
- Document observations and maintain accurate records of transport operations
- Assist in mediating conflicts and resolving disputes within the public transport sector
- Provide administrative support for meetings with stakeholders and associations
- Participate in the development and review of relevant policies and regulations
- Support inspections in collaboration with various transport authorities and councils
What You’ll Need
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or Degree (NQF Level 7) in Transport Management, Transport Logistics, or Public Administration
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in the public transport field or environment
- A valid driver’s license
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to change
- Good communication skills, with a collaborative team spirit
