What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate secretarial support for the Bid Adjudication Committee (BAC) and other related committees.
  • Facilitate meetings for the Bid Specification and Bid Evaluation Committees.
  • Compile and maintain a comprehensive database of all submissions to and from the committees.
  • Provide valuable inputs on the development and review of departmental construction supply chain management policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing the Supply Chain Management Forum meetings.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
  • A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in a Supply Chain Management environment.
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
