What You’ll Do
- Coordinate GIAMA and Accommodation Management matters to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage landline and telephone administration to facilitate effective communication.
- Support training and awareness initiatives to enhance staff knowledge and performance.
- Supervise and provide guidance to human resource staff to promote a positive work environment.
What You’ll Need
- An appropriate 3-year National Diploma or B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification).
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, Public Services Act, and Batho Pele principles.
- Familiarity with GIAMA and related legislation, regulatory frameworks, and policies.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to think analytically and make informed decisions.
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
