What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive asset, fleet, and facilities management services to ensure optimal operational functionality.
  • Offer financial operational support by maintaining accurate and detailed financial records.
  • Manage office administration services, including document management to streamline processes.
  • Assist in human resources management, contributing to employee relations and effective workforce management.
  • Handle and record cash transactions, ensuring compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA).
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate B Degree (NQF level 7) or a three-year Diploma (NQF 6) in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in general administrative functions.
  • Demonstrable competency in acting independently, professionally, and with accountability.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with the PFMA Act, Treasury regulations, and National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD).
  • Excellent communication, liaison, and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and the willingness to undergo security clearance.
