What You’ll Do

  • Provide essential administrative support services to the legal team.
  • Manage and maintain legal databases and registry services.
  • Offer secretariat services during meetings and other departmental functions.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of documentation related to legal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and public sector policies.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate/Grade 12/NQF level 4 qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably within legal services.
  • Knowledge of policies and legislation related to public administration.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism and dedication.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be in possession of Senior Certificate/Grade 12/ NQF level 4 coupled with 3 years’ administration experience in Legal Services.

Job Duties

The successful candidate will be required to render administrative support services with the following responsibilities: - Provide administrative support services; Provide secretariat services; Manage database; Provide registry support services.

Salary

R338 106 per annum (Level 07)
