What You’ll Do
- Render general clerical support services to various components of the department.
- Provide supply chain clerical support, ensuring that all logistical processes are maintained effectively.

- Offer financial administration support to help maintain accurate financial records and processes.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate/Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of clerical duties and practices.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must be in possession of a Senior Certificate/ Grade 12 or equivalent with no previous experience required.
Essential Knowledge, Skills And Competencies Required: The successful candidate must have: - Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Knowledge and understanding of legislative framework governing the Public Service.
Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment; Computer skills; Planning and organisational skills; Language; Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Job Duties
The successful candidate will be required to render administrative support services with the following responsibilities: - Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component.
Salary
R237 453 per annum (Level 05)
