What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support services to ensure efficient administrative operations.
- Assist with supply chain clerical support to facilitate procurement processes.

- Deliver reception services, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
- A valid code B driving license (applicants with disabilities that restrict driving abilities but have reasonable access to transport are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of clerical duties and practices, with the ability to capture data and collect statistics.
- Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
