What You’ll Do
- Ensure vehicles are available for official duties as required
- Monitor compliance of drivers with departmental transport policies
- Issue fleet management vehicles to departmental officials
- Maintain records of all general hire vehicles leased to departments
- Administer processes related to transport support, including filing and retrieving records
- Print attendance registers and supporting documents
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the post
- South African citizenship with documentary proof
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4/NQF Level 4 or equivalent qualification
- Relevant courses in the field will serve as an added advantage
- General computer literacy skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to work under pressure and extended hours
