What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor the operational functions within the Coordination Centre to ensure compliance.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support regarding meetings, planning events, and operations.
- Compile and consolidate monthly and quarterly returns for submission to Head Office.
- Maintain an organized filing system and manage leave records for the section.
- Handle telephone inquiries from various districts, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
- Support programs aimed at preventing gender-based violence and assist in initiatives for children in conflict with the law.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant administrative role.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- A three-year diploma or degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an added advantage.
