What You’ll Do
- Oversee operational support, training, and administrative matters within the unit.
- Manage the vehicle fleet, ensuring effective use and maintenance.
- Handle administrative, HRM, SCM, and finance processes for the unit.
- Provide clerical support related to personnel administration.
- Assist in rendering HR and HRU-related administrative duties.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the post.
- Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
- Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
- An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and general computer literacy (MS Office suite).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
