What You’ll Do

  • Ensure compliance with the litigation plan and related policies.
  • Update and maintain the loss control system accurately.
  • Administer civil litigation in accordance with the Public Service Management Act.
  • Conduct and manage informal investigations as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support departmental functions.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in administration.
  • Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Strong knowledge of public service prescripts and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an added advantage.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
