About the Role
The South African Police Service is hiring an Administration Clerk to join its team in Silverton, Pretoria. This vital role contributes significantly to the efficiency of the Supply Chain Management division. As an Administration Clerk, you will assist in compiling the Annual Evaluation Performance Management Plan and support the establishment of a professional Performance Management and Evaluation practice. What You’ll Do
- Assist in compiling the Annual Evaluation Performance Management Plan.
- Support the establishment of a professional Performance Management and Evaluation practice in Supply Chain Management.
- Conduct bi-annual assessments of Accounting Functionaries.
- Facilitate training and skills development for Performance Management personnel.
- Obtain management and exception reports from SAPS Financial Systems (Polfin) and the Provisioning Administration System (PAS).
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Competency in the core functions of the post.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with sound planning and organizing abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
