What You’ll Do

  • Record, organize, and store job cards and relevant documentation
  • Assist with the archiving of images and retrieval of correspondences
  • Update registers and maintain statistics for operational tracking
  • Handle routine inquiries and provide assistance to clients
  • Scrutinize documents to determine necessary actions and information
  • Manage incoming calls and refer inquiries to the appropriate personnel
  • Draft and type letters, memorandums, reports, and other documents as needed
  • Handle classified files and ensure proper document management
  • Photocopy documents and manage incoming and outgoing communication
  • Distribute photographic jobs and documents to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain the filing system and document registers for the component

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification
  • No prior experience required; however, exposure to administration is beneficial
  • Advantageous qualifications in digital photography, graphic design, or art
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good artistic skills and knowledge of computer-aided applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Capability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
