What You’ll Do

  • Manage all aspects of training administration efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive general office administration services.
  • Keep all training and qualification databases and record sheets updated.
  • Assist in the compilation and printing of qualification certificates.
  • Maintain a welcoming Front Office presence for visitors.
  • Control logbooks, files, and related documentation.
  • Facilitate bookings and regulate general files.
  • Manage the internal telephone directory and recall lists.
  • Ensure all electronic documentation is backed up regularly.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
  • No prior experience is needed for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent secretarial skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective organizing and planning skills.
