What You’ll Do
- Perform routine clerical duties to support the Technical Department.
- Manage logistic requirements and maintain the Operational Support Information System (OSIS).
- Analyze reports and trends, ensuring follow-up on outstanding documentation.
- Handle routine correspondence and manage documentation effectively.
- Oversee the job card system and control incoming and outgoing technical stores.
- Enforce planned maintenance protocols and process related documents.
- Conduct secretarial duties during meetings and assist with general typing.
- Collect and compile work statistics, including stock management and work orders.
- Manage petty cash purchases, ensuring proper documentation and quotations.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required, but exposure in technical and logistic environments is advantageous.
- Strong administration and management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills are important.
- Compliance with policies and procedures is expected.
