What You’ll Do
- Provide general clerical support, including organizing and storing correspondence and data
- Maintain registers and statistical records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Handle routine inquiries and manage communication effectively
- Assist in the distribution of documents/packages to various stakeholders
- Maintain an organized filing system for incoming and outgoing documents
- Type letters and correspondence as required
- Support supply chain operations by obtaining quotations and managing office supplies
- Keep track of office stationery stock and maintain the asset register
- Assist in personnel administration by maintaining leave and attendance records
- Provide financial administration support by capturing and updating expenditure records
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification
- Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of procurement and expenditure control regulations
