What You’ll Do

  • Ensure correctness and accuracy of health data.
  • Capture and generate reports related to hospital data.
  • Operate health information systems including Clinicom, ECCR, SPV, HECTIS, and Sinjanie.
  • Maintain the security and compliant storage of all health data and records.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the unit and management.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in information management within a health environment.
  • Proficiency in health information systems, particularly Clinicom, ECCR, SPV, HECTIS, and Sinjanie.
  • Strong computer literacy and good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and accept accountability and responsibility.

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent).

Experience: Appropriate information management experience in a health environment.

Appropriate Clinicom experience, ECCR, SPV, HECTIS, and Sinjanie.

Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer Literacy.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised.

Job Duties

To ensure correctness, accuracy and qualitative checking of data.

The capturing and the generating of hospital data reports.

Effectively perform activities on clinicom, ECCR, SPV, HECTIS and Sinjanie.

Health information systems (HIS) and ensuring security of data, compliant storage of all data and record information.

To provide administrative and operational support role to the unit and management.

Salary

R237 453 per annum
