What You’ll Do
- Provide reliable information administration to create an auditable trail
- Capture and report routine data using Sinjani and DHIS
- Assist in monitoring data quality and trends for effective decision-making
- Participate in coordinating activities related to health information
- Interact with staff at all levels on information-related matters
- Support data quality, accuracy, and access management activities
- Perform general office administration and support to supervisors and colleagues
What You’ll Need
- Senior certificate or equivalent educational qualification
- Relevant experience in health information management
- Proficiency in Health Information Systems like Sinjani, Clinicom, and DHIS
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and OneDrive)

Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Senior certificate (or equivalent).Experience: Appropriate experience in health information management.
Appropriate experience and working knowledge of Health Information Systems, e.

Sinjani, Clinicom, eCCR, DHIS, NHLS & Healthnet.
Inherent requirements of the job: Valid driver’s licence.
Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good numerical and organisational skills, good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge with regards to HAST, Hospital and Primary Health Care operational and management of data, knowledge of data flow timelines, policies & procedures.
Advanced computer literacy (MS Suite & MS Office; Teams; Word; Excel; PowerPoint Access) and OneDrive.
Job Duties
Rendering of information administration to ensure data that is reliable, reproducible and documented to create an auditable trail, routine data capturing & reporting (Sinjani & DHIS).Assist with data quality monitoring, verification and submission in prescribed format and according to the Information Management Policy and assist in monitoring of data trends.
Participate in information related coordinating activities.
Interaction with all levels of staff regarding Information related matters to ensure an effective, transparent process of data collection, collation, submission and presentation.
Systems support - data quality, accuracy and related access management activities.
General office administration & support to supervisor, colleagues and other departments.
