What You’ll Do

  • Collect, collate, and capture health data for reporting purposes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including office management and correspondence.
  • Assist in monitoring data management quality to ensure accuracy.
  • Interpret and analyze data trends to support healthcare decision-making.
  • Participate in health information coordination activities to streamline processes.
  • Maintain the efficiency of data retrieval systems to support health services.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant experience in Information Management is essential.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Understanding of the Ditcom process and departmental health information systems, such as Sinjani.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret health data trends effectively.

R237 453 per annum
