What You’ll Do

  • Perform administrative duties related to personnel administration and salary management.
  • Maintain effective record-keeping systems and assist with HR registers.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Supervisor.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination within the HR team.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources management.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and numerical abilities.
  • Familiarity with HRM policies, Public Service Act, and PERSAL.

Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 Senior Certificate (or Equivalent).

Experience: Appropriate experience in Human Resources.

Inherent requirements of the job: Valid driver’s license.

Willingness to travel and work overtime when required.

Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good organising and numerical skills.

Sound knowledge of HRM Policies and practices, Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Collective Agreements regarding personnel and salary administration.

Knowledge of PERSAL.

Job Duties

Perform all administrative duties pertaining personnel administrative and salary administration functions.

Ensure correct application of Human Resource.

Maintenance of effective record keeping systems and assist with registers.

Provide an effective support function to Supervisor.

Perform all administrative duties pertaining Recruitment and Selection.

Salary

R237 453 per annum
