What You’ll Do

  • Process and check supplier accounts while ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
  • Maintain the BAS and Syspro financial systems effectively.
  • Organize and file auditable documents accurately.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Support your Supervisor in meeting deadlines and managing workloads under pressure.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject, or relevant experience that demonstrates the necessary competencies.
  • Appropriate experience in a finance-related environment.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in computerized financial management systems.
  • Competence in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
