What You’ll Do

  • Perform various administrative duties related to training programs.
  • Liaise with LCRC Commanders to assess training needs.
  • Communicate training nominations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update course materials and training files.
  • Maintain a comprehensive training database for provincial members.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on forensic awareness initiatives.

What You’ll Need

  • Competency in the core functions of the post.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • South African citizenship with documentary proof required at the interview.
  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant courses in the field of administration will be advantageous.
  • General computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to extend working hours if necessary.
