What You’ll Do

  • Provide general clerical support services, including recording, organizing, and retrieving correspondence and data.
  • Update registers and statistics, ensuring accurate information is maintained.
  • Handle routine inquiries and manage the distribution of documents/packages to stakeholders.
  • Maintain a filing system and register for incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Assist with supply chain clerical support, including obtaining quotations and maintaining the asset register.
  • Provide personnel administrative support, such as maintaining leave and attendance registers.
  • Assist with financial administration by capturing expenditure and checking travel claims.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of clerical duties and data capturing.
  • Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and numeracy.
  • Good planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and decision-making abilities.
