What You’ll Do
- Register objections and applications for legal processes, including Section 56 and litigations
- Administer court rolls and make logistical arrangements for hearings
- Prepare payments for tribunal members and manage costs related to legal examinations
- Attend to legal services inquiries and provide consultations to stakeholders
- Capture data and collect relevant statistics to support legal functions
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate (NQF Level 4) recognized by SAQA
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, law, and legislation
- Skills in data capturing and statistics collection
- Understanding of the Compensation Fund’s business processes and policies
- Strong customer service skills, guided by the Batho Pele Principles
- Proficiency in computer literacy and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
