What You’ll Do
- Receive and process salary advice to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Capture all deductions and basic tax information related to employee salaries.
- Process invoices and capture payments to maintain accurate financial records.
- Clear suspense accounts and compile financial journals for reporting purposes.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents and records.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification.
- A strong understanding of financial functions and practices.
- Proven ability to capture data accurately and operate various financial systems.
- Knowledge of Public Service financial legislations and regulations, including the PFMA and DORA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literacy and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
