  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in identifying mechanisms for improving payment accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain an effective filing system for the Directorate.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the control environment of financial operations.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of financial functions and the ability to capture data accurately.
  • Familiarity with public financial legislation, procedures, and treasury regulations.
  • Understanding of financial operating systems, such as PERSAL and BAS.
  • Proficient computer skills and a good command of verbal and written communication.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
