About the Opportunity

Vitality is proud to offer a comprehensive learnership that combines theoretical learning with practical experience in the financial services sector. Participants will earn a nationally recognized NC: Wealth Management qualification at NQF Level 5 while gaining valuable workplace exposure.

Key Responsibilities

As a learner, you will engage in coursework and workplace activities that support wealth management functions. Responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, claims administration, underwriting, and maintaining financial records. You will also develop a deep understanding of financial products, industry regulations, and customer service standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must:
– Have a Grade 12 certificate with at least Level 4 in Mathematics, English, and a second language, and Level 5 in Mathematical Literacy.
– Be between 18 and 30 years old.
– Not be engaged in post-Matric studies or formally employed.
– Not have completed a previous learnership.
– Be South African by birth.
– Possess effective written and verbal English communication skills.
– Have basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
– An incomplete tertiary qualification in a financial field is advantageous.
