What You’ll Do

  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks on mechanical systems.
  • Support artisans during repairs and emergency breakdowns, including after-hours work.
  • Aid in the installation of new plant and equipment, as well as alterations.
  • Clear work areas post-maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Ensure tools and materials are prepared and available for use.

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum educational qualification: Grade 10 or equivalent certificate.
  • Relevant experience in the mechanical field is preferred.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Western Cape.
  • Competence in handling tools and good interpersonal skills.
