What You’ll Do

• Conduct requirements analysis and documentation for IT systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather necessary information.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows and use cases.
• Validate requirements with business and technical teams for clarity and feasibility.
• Develop system design documents and design specifications for projects.
• Collaborate with IT teams to create system architecture, data models, and workflows.
• Engage in system testing and quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and analyze security logs to identify potential incidents or breaches.
• Implement security measures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to strengthen IT infrastructure.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology / Informatics or a related qualification (NQF 6).
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in system analysis and support.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficient in technical reporting, analytical thinking, and presentation skills.
