What You’ll Do

- Manage minor faults on switchboard equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to communication.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the department.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure that all interactions are handled professionally.
- Utilize your writing and computer skills to assist with various administrative tasks.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification recognized by SAQA.
- Proven ability to operate switchboard machines and handle confidential information.
- Strong reading and writing skills, along with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the Batho Pele Principles, ensuring a commitment to public service values.
- Basic computer skills to assist in daily tasks and record-keeping.
