What You’ll Do

  • Administer and coordinate stock taking and asset inspection activities.
  • Manage and close vouchers on the Provisioning Administration System (PAS).
  • Oversee transfers of stock between accounting stores and chief users.
  • Coordinate disposals and complete necessary documentation and reports on PAS.
  • Perform PAS functions during the collection of provisioning store items.
  • Complete source documents for PAS transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma/Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and professionally under pressure.
