What You’ll Do
- Consolidate and verify data provided by Judges’ Secretaries and Registrars.
- Ensure follow-up on outstanding data and establish collection channels within the region.
- Apply standing instructions and guidelines for data interpretation.
- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns specific to the region.
- Package analyzed data according to requirements and maintain a comprehensive database.
- Develop and review data collection guidelines and training manuals.
- Coordinate training sessions on data processing procedures.
- Verify Quasi-Judicial files and court rolls against provided tools and information.
What You’ll Need
- A National Diploma in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field (NQF level 6).
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a statistical environment.
- A valid driver’s license and experience in a court environment are advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
