What You’ll Do

  • Engage in research to interpret international guidelines relevant to population and social statistics.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) in Statistics, Demography, Data Science, Economics, or Econometrics.
  • Training in Official Statistics and familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write and present statistical standards effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of statistical processes and the legislative framework governing statistics in South Africa.
