What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Identify and extract test requirements from business needs and acceptance criteria.
• Establish and improve formal QA processes and methodologies, including Agile and ISTQB standards.
• Conduct performance, load, and security testing based on project requirements.
• Track new and modified requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Document and report detailed test results and defect metrics for management.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare business users for testing sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity in testing approaches and requirements.
• Generate weekly test summary reports covering test progress and quality status.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ISTQB certification or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in software testing, both manual and automated.
• Proficiency with web technologies and experience in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Xray.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
