What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate Accounting and Supply Chain transactions for correctness and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assess inventory management within institutions, ensuring reconciliation with the department’s accounting systems.
  • Monitor the use and management of departmental assets, ensuring accurate accounting.
  • Report discrepancies and assist institutional management in implementing corrective measures.
  • Compile financial reports and presentations as required.
  • Travel across the province to support various institutions as necessary.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in Internal Control, Finance, and Supply Chain Management environments.
  • A valid Code B/EB manual driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel across the province.
  • Strong ability to interpret and apply financial and SCM policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
