A company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer & Quality Engineering Lead to take charge of quality assurance and testing within the software development lifecycle. This position involves designing and maintaining automated tests as well as leading release management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality assurance and test engineering practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for applications, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces.
Establish and enhance regression testing and processes to ensure release readiness.
Support defect management including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Review test coverage and quality of tests created both by developers and through AI-generated methods.
