What You’ll Do
- Execute the mandate of the Office of the Family Advocate.
- Perform all functions of the Senior Family Advocate as per relevant legislation.
- Enhance organizational performance and service delivery within the office and its satellites.
- Manage performance information and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Conduct complex inquiries and manage performance evaluations.
- Mentor and train staff across all occupational classes.
- Implement the Risk Management Plan effectively.
What You’ll Need
- NQF level 7 qualification in Law / LLB recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of eight (8) years’ post-qualification litigation experience.
- Admitted as an Advocate with the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in research, investigation, and presentation.
- Ability to manage disputes and conflicts effectively.
- Operational and people management skills, alongside financial management capabilities.
- Computer literacy.
