Key Responsibilities

Requirements/Qualifications
– South African citizenship
– Unemployed status
– Age between 18 and 35 years
– Relevant National Diploma or degree from a recognised institution
– No prior participation in a SETA or government-funded internship
– Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and computer literacy
Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend in line with ETDP SETA funding guidelines and ELRC policy, ensuring financial support throughout the programme.

– Internal Audit: National Diploma/Degree in Internal Auditing, Accounting, or Risk Management
– Dispute Management Services: National Diploma/Degree in Labour Relations, Labour Law, or Human Resources
