What You’ll Do

  • Enforce a consistent internal brand identity and corporate image across the organisation.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials in line with branding guidelines.

  • Manage and coordinate internal and external exhibitions, events, and campaigns.
  • Develop briefing documents and publicity plans for various activities and outreach programmes.
  • Oversee the planning and organization of events, ensuring all logistical requirements are met.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of publicity plans and campaigns.
  • Coordinate promotional items, from design to procurement, and manage stock levels.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant National Diploma or Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Event Management, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in communications or brand management.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent understanding of communications, brand management, and publicity roles in organizations.
  • Proven event management skills, with the ability to coordinate projects from start to finish.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to solve problems independently.
