What You’ll Do
- Analyse and process applications for the registration of labour organisations.
- Ensure compliance of labour organisations with legal requirements.
- Analyse and process the extension of collective agreements to non-parties.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve labour relations and collective bargaining practices.
- Provide support and guidance on labour relations issues to various departments and organisations.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF level 6 in Labour Relations, Human Resources Management, Law, Social Science, Public Management, or Office Administration and Technology.
- Two (2) years of functional experience in Labour Relations or Collective Bargaining services.
- Knowledge of trade unions, employer organisations, and the workings of bargaining councils.
- Familiarity with departmental policies, Public Services Regulation, and Financial Management.
- Strong skills in communication, conflict management, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
