What You’ll Do
- Represent the State in High Court, Magistrates Courts, and various tribunals.
- Provide legal advice and opinions to various clients.
- Draft and settle legal arrangements and documents.
- Manage cases related to liquidation, insolvency, and conveyancing.
- Oversee arbitration processes and inter-departmental disputes.
- Ensure effective people management within your team.
What You’ll Need
- An NQF level 7 qualification in Law / LLB recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of four years of post-qualification legal or litigation experience.
- Admittance as an Attorney in South Africa.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal practices, office management, and accounting systems.
- Familiarity with government prescripts and the Constitution of South Africa.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong skills in computer literacy, legal research, and communication.
