What You’ll Do

  • Manage warehouse/store operations, ensuring efficient goods reception and distribution.
  • Compare delivery notes with purchase orders to verify accuracy.
  • Maintain registers for tracking inventory and stock levels.
  • Monitor stock control, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
  • Prepare and compile payment documentation related to inventory.
  • Supervise logistics staff, allocating work based on skills and competencies.
  • Conduct performance management, training, and coaching for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain management policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need

  • A recognized 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Financial Accounting, Logistics Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, including 2 years in a supervisory role, or 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in ACCPAC and Warehouse Manager systems.
  • Strong understanding of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and public sector supply chain policies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining discipline and performance standards.
