What You’ll Need

  • A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Labour Law.
  • Proven experience in managing disputes within the Public or Private Sector.
  • A valid Code (B/EB) driver’s licence with a willingness to travel.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour relations, specifically regarding misconduct and grievances.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.
