What You’ll Do

  • Manage correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and records management.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments effectively.
  • Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including typing and photocopying.
  • Assist in the management of stock and assets.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Familiarity with the Differentiated Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement (DCAPS) Grade 5 or Technical Occupational Curriculum (TOC) Level 4 in Office Administration or ICT-related fields for persons with intellectual disabilities.
  • Functional computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
