What You’ll Do
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Component Head and Section Heads.
- Type, administer, and compile reports, certificates, and letters.
- Monitor and manage the flow of documents and communications.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, including logistics planning.
- Assist with travel arrangements and subsistence allowances for the Component Head and Section Heads.
- Perform various administrative duties to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- General computer literacy skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to extend working hours when necessary.
