What You’ll Do
- Administer personnel records for all members within the division.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy access to information.
- Archive documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the team through effective communication and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and one other official language.
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
- Competency in the core functions of the role.
- General computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours.
