What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and ensure quality assurance on incoming and outgoing memoranda.
- Develop and maintain a filing system for record and audit purposes.
- Monitor service delivery effectiveness and recommend necessary improvements.
- Administer and update the leave register for verification processes.
- Assist with the verification of claims and invoices related to procurement.
- Organize and document travel itineraries, confirming bookings for national and international travel.
- Acknowledge meeting invitations and provide inputs for agenda compilation.
- Engage with internal clients to enhance the integration of processes within the unit.
- Analyze quotations for effective procurement of goods and services.
- Assist in preparing documentation for budgetary inputs and monitor expenditure.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma (NQF level 6) or relevant B. Degree (NQF level 7) in areas such as Human Resources Management, Business Management, Project Management, or Public Administration.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources or administrative environment.
- Knowledge of the legislative framework surrounding administrative management in government.
- Understanding of budget processes and the ability to analyze internal policies.
