What You’ll Do

• Direct and supervise the implementation of patient-centered nursing care plans.
• Ensure quality nursing practices by implementing established standards, criteria, and indicators.
• Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks governing nursing and healthcare.
• Foster constructive relationships with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
• Efficiently allocate and utilize human, material, and physical resources within the nursing environment.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification or equivalent, allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years of relevant nursing experience post-registration with SANC.
• For Grade 3: At least 20 years of relevant nursing experience post-registration with SANC.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to function independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
