What You’ll Need

  • Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent, allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
  • Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
  • Experience requirements vary based on professional grade:
  • Grade 1: No experience required.
  • Grade 2: Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in general nursing post-registration.
  • Grade 3: Minimum of 20 years’ relevant experience in general nursing post-registration.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and be available for after-hours duties as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
