What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma (NQF 6) or Undergraduate Bachelor Degree (NQF 7) in Labour Relations Management, BCom Law, LLB, or Labour Law.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • At least four years of relevant functional experience in compliance, legal, or Employment Equity inspections.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of departmental policies, Batho Pele Principles, and relevant labor legislation.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, communication, problem-solving, and project management.
